Are you looking for a creative way to get your weekly work-out? Try our new Sláinte Class!


'Sláinte' is Gaelic for good health and you will feel on top of your game after each of our sessions. Classes focus on core exercises, dance technique and stamina.


Our older students also enjoy the more balanced based classes offered through Cinergy Fitness.​ ​These classes are great for dancers coming back to movement classes after time off or recovering from procedures. Instructor, Cinnie Noble offers two classes for dancers of any level of experience.

Cost for the term is $180. The term runs for 12 consecutive weeks. No refunds for missed classes.
